Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply when you use 9s at 9srevise.online. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use 9s.

The service

9s provides flashcards, original exam-style practice questions, exam trends, a past paper log, progress reports and links to Pearson Edexcel’s own past papers. 9s does not host past papers or mark schemes. Practice questions are written by 9s and are not official exam questions; exam trends show past patterns and are not predictions. Grades are estimates from published boundaries and are not official results.

9s is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Pearson or Edexcel. Edexcel is a trademark of Pearson.

Who can use 9s

You must be 13 or over to create an account. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before you subscribe to Premium, as they may need to pay or give permission.

Your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for no fault of yours, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.

Plans and payment

Refunds

If you’re not happy with Premium, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, payments aren’t refunded for part-months, but you can cancel at any time so you aren’t charged again. This doesn’t affect your legal rights if something we provide is faulty.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to keep 9s accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, use the report button on the question or email us. 9s is a revision aid: it doesn’t replace your teacher, your school or the official specification.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep 9s running all the time, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what Premium includes, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the month.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren’t responsible for exam results or for losses that weren’t foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
